Question about language...

Hi to all...
my question is:

how can I change front-end (website) language without to change back-end (admin panel) language ??

Actually if have setted english in admin panel and I click in fron-end on another language (for example russian), automatically my admin panel is on russian and not more on english. How can I avoid such problem ??
