Gzip and Js compressing

-Hello I want to use gzip compressing , all settings done on my server side.Gzip enable and htaccess is ok. When try to test my home page www.markaix.com , gzip not working but on the www.markaix.com/admin url its working gzip.I couldnt work compressing on my website !!

-Also if i compress the js files with " http://tools.arantius.com/css-compressor" or that kinds of tools.When i paste the compressed code to my js files.its not working and js dont work. How can i compress my js files properly.

I jhave stuck with these problems whould you help me pls.
