How can I create a custom 'Title Tag' ? (Vers 1.5.4)

I would like to know if there is yet, a best way to create "custom" title tags. I don't want them to just be the Category names.

Also, if anyone does have a solution, do you know if it will it work with JNeuhoff's "Export/Import Tool" as I am using it.

There are various extensions you can purchase for this. By default, they won't work in the export/import tool but they can be coded to work with that by the right developer.
