Total Order Price Based shipping fee

Hi,
For example ; if total order is over 50$ shipping will be free. If under 50$ fixed shipping fee wil be applied.
How can I do that? If someone cen help me I appreciate

Built in FREE Shipping module will cover this, you can set it to appear only for dollar amounts over $X. Then just set another shipping module to cover everyone else.
