We purchased this extension and set up shipping rules, but when testing a purchase, we get this message. Can you please help as orders cannot be processed on our website until this is resolved.

You should contact the author of the extension for extension support, as they are the only one with access to their code. If you need another option until the extension is fixed, you could use Formula-Based Shipping instead.
