Installed OpenStock Module... need a user guide.

Hi Guys,

Having installed the openstock module... there appears to be very little information on how to actually use it!

the documentation i got with it says:

• Add the contents of the upload folder to the web root of your Open Cart installation.
• Navigate to Extensions > Modules in the OpenCart admin area.
• Click Install.


...and that's pretty much it.

it's installed, now what?

I've raised a support ticket with Welford Media... but don't expect to hear from them any time soon. I've looked for user guides online, but found nothing... so if any of you kind people have any experience with the OpenStock module, could you give me the basics please?

you will need to install vqmod. If you have done that, you should see all the features at your back end.

Vqmod was installed from the outset.

The guys at Welford offer some of the best support for their mods - always quick replies and very helpful

they did get back to me far quicker than some other threads implied... all working and happy

they might have up their support personnel in recent times
