Hey all!

Been using OpenCart for a while now, and as a convert from Prestashop, I must say that the possibilities of OpenCart are endless!

I have been looking for a function that I think would be pretty awesome and easy to use for customers.

Basically, instead of having a language option and a currency option, you have the option of picking a region/country and every location dependent piece of info is changed automatically, may it be the currency, the taxes added to the items or the language even.

What would be good with this is that the customer wont have to go all the way to checkout to see the shipping/payment options or prices changing depending on what country they choose when filling the address fields. I have been looking and researching for this type of function for ages, and not found any extension or way of accomplishing this. Have I missed something? Or is this even possible?

This is already available for the most part.

The language uses browser detection. So if it sees your browser is from spain and you have spanish installed, it will automatically choose spanish.

And there is a mod for the currency to auto detect and choose that as the default currency based on their IP Address geo location: http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... ion_id=445
