Add Special Price button not working

I have an issue, when I add a new product or try to edit an old one. I cannot add a special price to that product. What is causing this to not work is beyond me. If anyone knows what could cause this please post back. The only thing that I can think of that could've caused this would be an error in the code of the product files in admin folder but not 100% sure. HELP!!!!

I have come to figure out that the reason for not being able to add a special price or discount price is because their is an issue with the database. I don't know what table is causing the issue! Can someone please comment or post something that may be of help. I NEED THIS FIXED ASAP!!!!
