Hello.

I have a new online shop in opencart. The shop is online now and I have tried to do a sale, the online pagament have made the sale correctly but after I can't see the sale in the control panel of my admin.

Is a very real problem because I can't see what have bought my costumers and I can't shipping it.

Thanks for your help and sorry for my english.

While we're awaiting version, you can calm down, your transactions are probably accessible. IF error LOGGING is off, then turn it on (NOT reporting, just logging). IF error logging IS on, then go into /system/cache/error.txt and read it. Every line commencing with this sort of line (regardless of payment processor):

2013-07-21 13:42:28 - PP_STANDARD :: IPN REQUEST: cmd=_notify-validate&invoice=139+-+

will continue on through customer details, item details, etc.. Those will enable you do do record-keeping and shipping, by hand, until the OC problem is resolved. You can see the error log inside admin at System / Error Logs, but if you bring the file down via ftp it'll be MUCH easier to read in a text editor (a screen's worth at a time, rather than a little scroll's worth at a time in a little box). Every transaction will be on its own line.
