progressive personlized product module

Hello I'm new of this forum.

I need a progressive personlized product module.

I mean in example:
I should have on my website a base product (i.e t-shirt) costs 5 dollars. than with a "personailze button" (as "go next" in the check out payment process) I go to the next page where I can choose the fabric (i.e. silk, or cotton, or wool ecc..) and this personalization adds 3dollars to the previous 5.
than I click on the "next" button and I choose the color, and this operation adds 1 dollar more and so on.
(if possible it would change also the image of the "building" product showing the new added personalizations)
When finished I have in the cart a whole product composed by all the choices i did previously (i.e a t-hirt made in silk, red, with elastic borders, with a photo stamped on, at the total price of 53 dollars).
does make any sense?

Is there some module does this, or can I adapt some other module for this purpose?
