Shipping Module

I am using Open cart 1.5.3.1 like to add shipping charges on few prodcuts

I have free shipping module which does not fix that, also want to rename name of Free Shipping Module/Extension

I want to customize shipping as per product, let me know options available.

Like for few product i want to charge shipping sepratly and other r free

OpenCart does not support this functionality by default, but you can use Product-Based Shipping to do what you're describing. (If your shipping types are divided along category lines, then you could instead use Category-Based Shipping, which would be faster to set up.)

Hi, I want to include facility to user that in shopping cart page user can check for enable free shipping,if user doing check then free shipping will be enable or visible to the checkout page.

It'd be easier to set up this as a shipping method, so "Free Shipping" appears when they click on "Estimate Shipping". Otherwise you're going to have to have a developer modify a bunch of the core files for you, as what you're looking for is not a standard way to apply shipping.
