Hi - just purchased and installed this mod on v1.5.5 and am not seeing the 'Free Shipping' option appear at checlout - have attached screenshots of our shipping configuration, vqmod manager, and checkout page - any idea what could be wrong? Just uploaded into vqmod/xml file as usual, but does not seem to have affected cart behavior at all...

Alright, so did you create a coupon that enables free shipping and enter it in the cart before moving on?
Also, I expect that this mod should work with 1.5.5, but it was written specifically for 1.5.5.1.

divstrong was able to solve his issue by removing a conflicting VQMod and installing the latest version of the update.
