So, I woke up this morning to some e-mails that I had no shipping options available with the following attachment:

After investigating it, I can't figure it out. I haven't changed anything since it was working (and I'm the only one with access to my site). The following is set up:

1. My User ID for the Shipping API servers is correct.

2. Domestic and International services are set up as they should be. (First Class and Priority for domestic and international as well as small flat rate for domestic).

3. The size and shape of the container are set up fine (Regular, Rectangular, 4x4x4).

4. Weight Class is correctly set to Pound.

5. Geo Zone is set to all zones.

6. Status is set to Enabled.

I really just don't know what to do about this. Please assist.

I am having a similar issue. I was wondering if you managed to determine what the cause was.

Tried enabling debug on the usps shipping extension and check the system error log for what is being sent back and forth?

Not sure if you are talking to DBLiquids or me, but I have turned that on and I'm not getting any errors. It is only returning all the information that should be displayed in the popup box.
