'call for shipping info'

we`re just starting to use opencart for our small business and are having problems with shipping options. I`d like to add a text, smth like 'contact us for shipping fee', preferably with url, as shipping option or as value to any existing option in checkout step 4.
Any suggestions?

The easiest way would be to use the Free Shipping option (so the customer can proceed to place an order) and then retitle it in /catalog/language/english/shipping/free.php.
