I am looking for a specific shipping method.
For 3 different postal code area's we deliver ourselves.
Order below € 40 in one of the 3 postal code area's you pay € 2,50 shipping.
Order over € 40 in one of the postal code area's and shipping is free.
Order up to 10 Kilo outside these 3 postal code area's shipping fee is € 6,75
Order between 10 and 20 kilo outside these 3 postal code area's, the shipping fee is € 12,40
We only deliver in Holland.
Shipping is done with Post NL.
How can I set this up?

It doesn't have distance-based functionality (yet), but you could possibly use Formula-Based Shipping to do this. You'd set up rates similar to this:
RATE #1
Postcodes: (the 3 specific postal code areas)
Rate Type: Total-Based
Cost Brackest:
- From: 0, To: 39.99, Charge: 2.50
- From: 40, To: 99999, Charge: 0
RATE #2
Postcodes: (postcodes within a 10 kilo radius)
Rate Type: Total-Based
Cost Brackest:
- From: 0, To: 99999, Charge: 6.75
RATE #3
Postcodes: (postcodes within a 10-20 kilo radius)
Rate Type: Total-Based
Cost Brackest:
- From: 0, To: 99999, Charge: 12.40
RATE #1
Postcodes: (the 3 specific postal code areas)
Rate Type: Total-Based
Cost Brackest:
- From: 0, To: 39.99, Charge: 2.50
