Extra Related Products on checkout

Is there a way, or a mod, which will allow a second set of Related Products to be displayed on the checkout or cart page. I need to give the customer a "don't forget your batteries" type option to try to capture some extra sales.

A good example of what I mean is on this website: lightingmajestic.com
- Add a light fitting to the cart.
- On the cart page, there's a "don't forget your lightbulbs" section which features the bulbs that will fit that product.

That's pretty much what I want to do.

I've been looking for this too. One solution, which isn't quite right - is to use the Featured module in extensions. Add the module with Layout set to Checkout and content top or bottom...
Obviously it won't pull in related products, but the featured ones you choose...
