Is there a way for multiple shipping methods

Hi I have a need for:
1. one/two manufacturers have free delivery for pickup to their depot or free home delivery to metro area e.g. that would be by postcode radius for that capital city e.g. Brisbane, QLD, Australia, otherwise there is a dimensional or weight price for that manufacturer.
2. Free delivery to local store area which is different to manufacturer depot as it is the actual store
3. Different prices for different manufacturer by postcode (multiple) or by weight and/or category.
4. Some items are too big for delivery so need to get a quote only so no order goes through for that manufacturer.

I know it is a big ask but I am confusing myself as I am already using pickup from store for multiple locations for the depot but it doesn't single out the manufacturer as the others don't have that option it is a fee for delivery no matter what.

You could probably use Manufacturer-Based Shipping for this. Or, if you wanted customers to choose an individual shipping method for each group of manufacturer's products, you could possibly use Individual Shipping instead.
