Creating new database table at the description tab

I wanted to develop affiliate shopping website like junglee.com . I need to have database of table like junglee.com( For storing multiple sellers with the different prices including EMI and cash on Delivery, Est Delivery days,seller rating and more like tha attached image).

Could u Please help me to create such a database table that can be managed via admin panel for storing the database details(like

Sellers---- Est.Delivery-----Options----Price-----Visit Store)
storeimg1 2 - 3 Days EMI,COD 23423 GoTO Store Button(Link to original affliate website)
image2 4 - 7 Days EMI 32432 GOTo Store Button
image3 1 - 3 Days COD 3434 GoTo Store Button

On click of this button would take the user to the site where they can purchase the product.

This Table should be replaced by first tab of Product Descritpion and renamed by Compare Prices Tab.

So, what I'm wondering is instead of adding a product to the shopping cart, converts the "Add to Cart" button to a "Go to Store" type button. When the visitor clicks the "Go To Store" button, it is an affiliate link that passes the affiliate ID on to the store that the affiliate is promoting products for.

I created some sample data using wysiwig editor like attached image for both front end and back end.

I searched all over the forums,extensions,vqmods, I can't find a solution.

I feel very difficult to enter HTML table for each product and seller via wysiwig editor.
Please could u help me to create such multiseller info database.
