Integrate OpenCart with EDI software of Fulfillment Center

I am planning to launch an eCommerce site early Q2 2013. I have my inventory at a fulfillment center / warehouse that will handle all of the drop-shipping.

Is there an OpenCart module that integrates with the TrueCommerce/HIghJump EDI software?

Is there a preferred EDI software that works best with OpenCart?

If my questions are off track, essentially what I am looking for is a way to automatically notify the fulfillment center to start shipping as the orders come in. Is this possible?
