How to duplicate payment method Bank Transfer

Hi

As subject says, i would like to duplicate a bank transfer payment module. Second version would have same function but with different text.

1. Bank transfer
Normal bank payment
2. Bank transfer - rates
Here, we woudl offer customers a payment in 3 parts/3months. Everything would be the same, customers will split the amount into three parts .. so we just need the same module, but to change the text.

Any idea?
