admin orderstatus adding pre text

Hi,


I wouder if it's possible to add text pre-made text when choosing diffrent orderstatus from pending to denied.

Let's say I choose shipped the textbox (comment) should then show pre-made text like :


We have shipped you package and if you want to track it here is the tracking nr xx-xxx-xxxxxx

Is that possible ?

I know how to do that in vb.net, but not in php
