I want to add a " = " sign to the products option along with the "+" and "-" signs that already exist.
With "=" sign, the product price should be set to the value said (If that option is selected by the customer.
How can I do that.

The simplest way to do this is to have a 0 price in that field.
The product already has a base price, which is essentially what you want to charge.
If you need a new product base price, then surely this becomes a new product? Any options on that product either increase the base price or decrease it.

UPDATE: The problem here is what if you have an '=' and then other options with +/- what do you do? Do you +/- on the base price or the new '=' price?

Options Boost offers this ability for "="... also more
"*" - Multiply by base price
"1" - 1 time price regardless of qty
"%" - percentage of the base price

If that extension does what you want I would go with that. Otherwise it is not really a quick fix.

Not sure exactly what you want but if it is that the product price should initially be 0 and then a price be displayed with the selection of an option or options, the price changing with each option selected then there is a very simple solution:
