With "=" sign, the product price should be set to the value said (If that option is selected by the customer.
How can I do that.

The product already has a base price, which is essentially what you want to charge.
If you need a new product base price, then surely this becomes a new product? Any options on that product either increase the base price or decrease it.

UPDATE: The problem here is what if you have an '=' and then other options with +/- what do you do? Do you +/- on the base price or the new '=' price?
