I am currently working on an OpenCart site and have everything pretty much ready. The site sells a specialty hunting item and comes shipped in a larger box. The site also sells merchandise like stickers and shirts to represent the brand. Originally we where going to do was a cost per item module for example:
Hunting Item - $15 shipping
Shirt - $8 shipping
Sticker - $2 shipping
After meeting today it was discussed that if someone ordered the hunting item and a shirt or sticker, the shirt or sticker would fit in the Hunting Item box and would not cause the shipping on our end to increase. The other scenario is if someone buys 2 or three shirts or stickers we don't want them paying a huge cost in shipping when we could still ship it for the price of one item.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Like I said the site is ready we just need to figure this out. Even if it is a paid module we are ok with that. We just need to make sure we can do the shipping how we want. Thanks in advanced to anyone who helps.
