Hello, everyone . This is my new job I want you to evaluate .

Thank you.
Clean, straightforward. Thumbnails are large enough, half of them are even cropped enough, but some (notably rings, without looking at everything) should be recropped to make the products fill the image boxes (white surrounds images' white backgrounds, and within the latter the rings occupy only about half the image widths and heights). Generally you don't particularly want or need to make pictures proportionally tiny to huge for products that range tiny to huge. You shrink an elephant or nobody will scroll enough to see it all; if you don't enlarge a leafhopper nobody will see it at all. Rings are already small, give 'em some showtime.
Agree with the comments above regarding the cropping. If you want someone to be interested in buying jewellery you need to have large enough thumbnails and zoom-ins to allow the potential buyer to view in detail and make a decision.
I would also add that the company logo looks a bit lost in the space in the header, perhaps it should be a bit bigger or even more vibrant in colour. Also, the footer spans across the screen whereas the header doesn't - could do with matching. I would also go as far as saying use a gradient in the header and footer as the dark grey doesn't really scream 'Jewellery' to me. Perhaps a lighter grey/silver or even gold gradient on the header and footer would make it more attractive.
Hope this helps!
