Upshot.-- What slideshow? Something is broken.
In current Firefox the sole approximation to a slideshow is a row of ca. 2.5 pictures which overflow off-screen to the right, as to which the scroll button at the bottom left of those pictures is not instantly found, owing to size of the initial images, and which moreover scrolls nothing. When images in that row are clicked in any customary fashion, clicking merely brings up at best a static image whose slight enlargement appears and moves with the mouse. Apparently all other images of similar enlargement tie to products with the static enlargement equipped with the top corner "X" for killing it. There came a point when further clicking was not justified.
Overall, clean, neat, crisp.
