All the errors you are reporting have nothing to do with this module. They're coming from a different file "admin/controller/report/viewed.php".
The "Full Report" mod installs as a module (which means its controller is in the "admin/controller/module" directory/folder) and does not impact on the existing reporting functions built into OpenCart, which are found in the "admin/controller/report" directory/folder.
