Hi, I'm looking for an extension for OpenCart (v.1.5.4.1) - Default theme (modified by me).
It should add a different commision to the affiliates when their clients come back, even if there is or there is not tracking cookies.
Example:

George is an Affiliate, he brings Maria to my website.
Maria buys something.
George gets paid (10%).
After years, If Maria buys again, even without cookies, George still gets paid (but only 3%).
For new clients, George still gets 10%.

I think it should be set individually for each affiliate, and obviously, with a different value of affiliate standard commission.
I'm not an expert on this, far from that. A programer told me that is not so hard to do it, but unfortunately he charges USD$250,00. Is that a good pricing?
Sorry if I seem out of pricing reality.
Is there anyone to do that for less than USD250,00?
