Mistake : Delete all the shipping metho

Hello to the community,
During my "customization" of the OpenCart, I've make a mistake by deleting all the shipping method from the Admin Panel.
Somebody can tell me the values to fill the form in Extensions/Shipping/Insert :

* Extension Name:
* Code:
* Directory:
* Filename:
* Controller:

I don't know,
maybe the standard shipping of the Open Cart.
Right now, i haven't any shipping way.
