Only One Country Appearing on Registration Page

Hi all,

I am running OC 1.5.3.1 and for some reason when a customer tries to register they are only given the option of Austria as the country. The rest of the list of countires doesnt appear.

Any ideas as to what could be causing this or where I can look?

look at system > localisation > country see if there is any country in the list
