I'm not familiar enough with SOAP to know what is going on here but when I click continue to the shipping part of the checkout I get this error...
SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL: Couldn't load from './wsdl/production/EstimatingService.wsdl' : failed to load external entity "./wsdl/production/EstimatingService.wsdl"
