UPS not showing any radio button choices

Hello
Been setting up my site for about a month. Got to the point where most things work except the shipping. I have a the UPS account created along with the access key. Have entered this into Open Cart under the shipping module and UPS choice. However, when I go to 'practice' purchasing and item and it gets to the shipping part. UPS comes up, but there are no radio button choices. The different types of services are selected; i.e. UPS Ground, Three day select, etc. Packaging type is set to Package. I've been searching this fourm and googling with no results that work. I have sent a message to UPS, but have yet to hear back. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
