I have a client who’s web designer is claiming he build opencart!
He says my client cant have access to website as its his intellectual property. 
He won’t hand over cpanel or ftp access.
Is there a way to copy the entire site without this access? And put on new domain for now, then put on original domain once we have domain access back.
Any help will be appreciated.
