Auto Send Email - Status Change

Search didnt yield any results that works with what my client needs.

Is there a current vqmod extension that does the following:

Client captures the funds, order status changes to "completed" - upon status change, an email is automatically sent to the customer?

Similar to adding an order history and hitting the "notify customer" checkbox, but done automatically when the status is changed to "completed" by paypal.

Are you using PayPal standard? Using a different PayPal method will change the payment status and send a receipt to the customer.
