Adding Coupon Code to Shopping Cart...

Hi all. Currently having problems with the "What would you like to do next?" section of the shopping cart.

I have added Coupons & Gift Vouchers to see if this will work, all enabled, and also added a coupon code for use.

However, when one of these options is selected on the shopping cart, it doesn't bring up the option to enter a code. Not sure what's gone wrong. Website is www.powellbrewing.co.uk
