I have a problem with order totals. These get summed up incorrectly as there seems to be a problem when adding up the net prices and vat. The currency is Euro and I have set the decimals of the currency to 2. Here is an example of what happens:
Take this product: http://www.custom-junkies.de/connex-wip ... inglespeed and put it in the cart. When you look into the cart the price is being displayed correctly: € 8,90
Now try to put 5 pieces of this product in the cart. The total should now change to € 44,50, but in fact it is changing to € 44,51.
This was just an example, it actually happens all the time with many products. I believe it happens because the net totals get summed up first and then the tax of 19% is added afterwards, which will then sometimes result in a difference of 1 or 2 cents to what it actually should be.
Is there any way to get this fixed, so that the actual prices are being summed up correctly without discrepancies? For customers this must be quite disturbing..
I found another thread where someone had the same problem, but there wasn't a solution to it..
Any help much appreciated.
I now changed the net price to 4 decimals, so it is no longer € 7,48, but € 7,474. Now the total price is correct: € 44,50. This solution seems to work, but on the other hand this means I will have to edit the prices of all products in the shop. If there is any other solution for the problem out there, please let me know
