Free and Flat rate shipping confusion

Hi All

This is my first post and i am sure i will be back on a regular occassion.

My problem is :- I have set flat rate shipping as £4.95 and i have set Free Shipping on all orders over £100

When i place an order below £100 and i go to view cart and select estimate shipping and taxes, I have both options to select from ( so the buyer can select free shipping if they want to even though it is under £100)

Please point me in the right direction

Make sure you're not entering a currency character in the field. All number fields in OpenCart are just values, like:

100.00
