what do i need to place in the htaccess folder so i can get the seo urls to work here is whats in it at the moment please help i have been trying for two weeks now and not the best at backend work thanks james

None of that has anything to do with SEO URLs

This is close to the standard .htaccess but every server varies a little bit. I've also got a 301 redirect in here to direct non www over to www.
