Northern Ireland Missing from UK - 1.4.7

Northern Ireland is missing from the Region/State of United Kingdom in the checkout.
How to correct it?

That's incorrect.

The United Kingdom is defined as "The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland"
