Hi Guys,

I used the search to help me find a resolution, all the information I gathered did not resolve my issue.

When I add an item to cart, the shopping cart page says "Your shopping cart is empty!" (Takes about 30 seconds to finally show up in the cart) When it does show up, & I hit the X to remove it, nothing happens.. It works after a while but sometimes the item reappears in the cart. The quantity update is also weird, I change the quantity & nothing happens.. waiting & refreshing works after 30 seconds or so. Please help me, the website is http://www.tshirtprovider.com/

It works fine if I do it in Firefox....

Sometimes it adds fine, the main problem is trying to remove the item or update the quantity. I've tested it in all 3 browsers. Anyone know what's happening?

I see, when you update the quantity if have the same problem. I think it is an caching problem. Do you have caching enabled?

Yes caching is enabled, I just tried clearing the cache folder but it didn't help.

Well I have figured it out, ended up backing everything up & did a fresh install with another hosting company / domain.. It worked great! So I deleted EVERYTHING & did the same thing on previous host & same issue. It had nothing to do with Opencart or user error, the hosting company was the problem.

It makes sense now when I was adding / editing items under catalog on hostlatte the changes were not always made right away & I noticed lag. Should have switched the hosting company from the start & it would have saved me a lot of headache.

Thanks for providing your solution! I guess I'll be in touch with my hosting company to see if there are any settings they could change. I've had some other issues with this host already, too.
