Toll IPEC, TNTexpress, Fastway

hey guys, ive got the TOLL IPEC shipping module made for oscommerce and im wanting to convert it over to work with opencart, how do i go about doing that. im not all too good with programing, but its important, i would even pay someone for this.

Im also interested in a tntexpress or fastway shipping modules, it doesnt seem like australian users of opencart have that many options other then aus post, wich only allows shipments of upto 20kg.
im selling computer systems online and it becomes a problem when customers can choose a shipping option because australia post wont allow it. even if somebody knows if the system can split up orders so customers can actually proceed.
