Paypal's terms of service forbids you to charge an extra fee for taking Paypal. If your prices cannot absorb the small fee they charge, I would suggest raising your prices 2-3%.

From Paypal's terms of service:

4.6 No Surcharges. You agree that you will not impose a surcharge or any other fee for accepting PayPal as a payment method. You may charge a handling fee in connection with the sale of goods or services, as long as the handling fee does not operate as a surcharge and is not higher than the handling fee you charge for non-PayPal transactions.

Running Opencart v3.0.3.9 with multi-stores and the default template from https://www.labeshops.com which has links to all my stores.

Ha, I boycot paypal anyway but I didn't know they're being a dick about this also. Nontheless I would like to know how to set a price for a payment option.. I mean there's free options that don't cost me and the customer nothing and there's options that cost money - the customer should be aware of this.
