Would it be possible to define different order totals depending on geozones to grant free shipping?
What I mean is. I am working for http://www.custom-junkies.de, a shop for singlespeed bike parts - I have defined an order total of € 150,- for German customers to receive free shipping.
I now would like to add Austria and the Netherlands, but customers from there will only get free shipping if their order total is € 200,- or more, not only € 150,-. Is that possible? Any help much appreciated..

You'll need to use a shipping extension like Total-Based Shipping to have multiple total criteria for different locations.

Thanks for your reply. I am sure this would work fine, but I forgot to say that I am actually looking for a free solution..

I'm not aware of any free extensions that do what you describe, but you can try searching the OpenCart extension store to see if there's a free one that would work for you:

http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... /extension
