This is my problem; When using the SSL payment and account page, damaged payment and account page. You need to make sure you have the basics covered to successfully install SSL on opencart. Once you do, come back to us if you still have same issue. There are a gazillion posts on how to set it up and what files to change.
I tried to see the error on https://www.cicekkapinda.com but for me it all works correctly.
I went through the checkout, it switched to HTTPS and I saw no errors.
