exporting customers contacts

Good day everyone,

Does anyone know how to export contacts (phone numbers) of customers out in excel or TXT format?

The idea is that I want to send everyone i have offers, news, and confirmations via SMS

Any help is much appreciated

Presumably you have asked them for permission for you to contact them in a such a manner, remembering it is opt IN not opt out.
