Is there any plugin to make separate shipping status for each product in one order?
For example
Order #12345
1. Ipad - Shipped
2. Player - Waiting form supplier
3. Rubber - On packing
4. USB-Flash - Shipped
Is it hard to make such plugin if it does not exist?
I haven't seen anything like that available as an extension, so you'll likely need to have something custom written for you. Try posting a request in the "Commercial Support" forum if you'd like to find a developer to work with.
I agree and would love to see this feature.
Running Opencart v3.0.3.9 with multi-stores and the default template from https://www.labeshops.com which has links to all my stores.

Consider, the customer has already paid the shipping cost when they placed their order (unless you're using COD). To then apply separate shipping for each product would mean the customer would be expected to pay for shipping again (and again [and again], etc) for each product as it is shipped out. Either that or your shipping costs would explode to a point where you'll start losing money.
