Hi there,
I would like if my customers could upload images to a file server for custom artwork that they provide. When they buy something I would like them to have the option to have custom artwork. They would also have the choice to have me do the artwork or them upload an image themselves. Let me know if there is anyway this can be done though MijoShop 1.5

You can use the "File" option for that purpose...
Admin > Catalog > Options > click on the Insert button > choose "File" from the dropdown for "Type"
Then go to:
Admin > Catalog > Products > click to Edit some products > click on the Option tab > choose the file option you've created
Admin > Catalog > Options > click on the Insert button > choose "File" from the dropdown for "Type"
Then go to:
Admin > Catalog > Products > click to Edit some products > click on the Option tab > choose the file option you've created

It's uploaded into the "download" folder, but you can get it from:
Admin > Sales > Orders > click to View the order > click on the Products tab > under the product's name you'll see "- File:" > click on the file name, and you'll get the file
