Hello,

Anyone know hot to fix the folowing problem: I don't receive any e-mails (of orders or new accounts, or messages sent from contact page?
Truth is I don't know for sure if a set the MAIL settings correct.

Anyone care to give me some indications?

You are either using php MAIL or SMTP. You need to login to your system>admin settings and make sure if using SMTP that your parameters are there. Most just use MAIL and there is nothing to do. There are a gazillion of postings on this forum on other way's / methods in dealing with that type of issue. I'd recommend searching a little.

This was driving me bananas for a while. Here is what fixed it. Make sure that when doing tests that you are not using the same email address that is in your admin as you are testing.

For example if you have in your admin test@test.com dont fill out anything like your customer information with that email. Create a different one and send the tests to that. Same with the contact form.

I've tried most of the methods found using Search option but none of them work. I will contact Open Cart support center for this problem.
