DHL and Fedex tracking integration in footer

Hi,

I added DHL tracking module in my footer where i add tracking number in text box and click submit then it take me to DHL tracking page with tracking status

Now i am planning to add Fedex integration into it.
I thought if i use same text box for tracking number with two buttons 'DHL' & 'Fedex'

But i dont know i how to redurect it based on which button is clicked.

My current DHL code in footer is here:
