Change name of Product Returns page

Hello,

I have been seraching a coulpe of hours here and in Google but could not find an answer. Thanks for helping me.

I want to rename the RETURN PRODUCT page ; as wll as I need to change the info in it. Intead, I want to put a 100% Garantee page with a description of the garantee. I know I can change the file return_form.tpl : however my site is bilingual.

I am using version 1.5.4.1

I would like to do the same, can you please send me the steps how to do this ( Making use of the product return page to display some thing else )
