Hi there I would like to do some shipping things but it makes no sense. Is there any free shipping modules that make the person purchasing the item pay for shipping based on that item? Second is the a way to test this without publishing this on the web?

Running Opencart v3.0.3.9 with multi-stores and the default template from https://www.labeshops.com which has links to all my stores.
I was unsure if we get charged for shipping. MijoShop makes you plug in a bunch of numbers dealing with your UPS or Fed Ex account. That's what I was wondering. But I have tested it since and realized that the customer pays the shipping if you set it up that way. It still seems weird that they would ask for account numbers even though your not the one being charged.
